1. What is the delivery process? How will I know when my order is confirmed and when I will receive it?
• Load your cart with all your favorites
• Once your products are loaded, you’ll choose either “Pick-up” or “Delivery.” Make sure to choose delivery!
• After checking out, we’ll get right to work. You’ll receive a confirmation text message when we begin to process your order, so remember to be patient!
• We will give you a call when your order is ready to leave our store. You will need to verbally confirm that you will be home for the order to be sent
• We will text you when your driver is minutes from your delivery location
• We’ll give you a call when your driver has arrived with your package so you can come to the car and receive it
2. What is the curbside pickup process. How will I know when my order is confirmed and when I can come pick it up?
• Load your cart with all your favorites
• Once your products are loaded, you’ll choose either “Pick-up” or “Delivery.” Make sure to choose Pickup!
• After checking out, we’ll get right to work. You’ll receive a confirmation text message when we begin to process your order, so remember to be patient!
• When your order is ready for pick-up, we’ll shoot you a pick-up text message letting you know to head on over. Don’t forget your personal ID and phone — you’ll need to flash both your ID and the pick-up text message to our customer service rep in the parking lot.
• When you get here, park and click the link in your pick-up text message. Follow the prompts and then our rep will greet you at your car to re-confirm your order, accept payment, and make the hand off.
3. How does 24/7 ordering work?
• If you order from our site prior to the cutoff time listed, you will be able to pick up your order or have your order delivered the same day. If you order after the cutoff time or overnight, you will be able to pick up your order or have your order delivered to you the next day. Our pick up service and deliveries start at 8am and go until 8pm each day.
4. What is your delivery range?
• Our delivery range is approximately a 10 mile radius from our store. However, the best way to confirm whether we can deliver to your area is for you insert your address in the ordering section. Boulder City orders for delivery after 3pm will be delivered the next day due to high demand of orders.
5. If my order contains a daily special but it is not being picked up or delivered until tomorrow, will I still receive that discount?
• Of course. Any order that includes a deal will honor that deal whether the order is picked up or delivered same day or next day.
6. What is the legal limit I can purchase online for curbside pickup or delivery?
• Each customer may purchase up to 28g of flower or 3500mg of concentrates (edibles, vapes, infused prerolls and wax) per day.
7. Can I adjust my order?
• Once your order has been submitted you are unable to adjust it online. The best time to make any adjustment would be when our team calls you to confirm your order.
8. Can I speak with someone about my order?
• Absolutely, but if you are calling regarding your order status, please see the curbside pickup or delivery process above and rest assured that we are working on it. Our stores are exceptionally busy right now so our hold times may be longer than normal.
